We believe that great wines begin in the vineyard. This is why we adopt the best viticultural practices, including effective methods for growing, pruning and spraying, ensuring that the fruit is of the highest quality. The estate vineyard is of 7 acres with the first varietals being Shiraz, Cabarnet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.
And yes, we hand pick our vineyards in the region. We closely work with the farmers and encourage them to adopt the right practices. We always source the best fruit from select vineyards where the focus is on low yield and high quality. |
